[Notice Regarding Timed Entry Ticket Distribution for INDIO AUDIO CLUB]
Announcement regarding same-day queue tickets for the POP-UP STORE & 9th ANNIV EXHIBITION “INDIO AUDIO CLUB” (18:00–20:00).
Although distribution was originally scheduled to begin at 17:40, we have received a large number of applications for the cancellation slot lottery. To ensure the safety of our guests and prevent congestion around the venue, we have decided to distribute queue tickets via the LINE app starting from 16:00.
If you plan to visit using a same-day timed entry ticket for the 18:00–20:00 time slot, please be sure to read the information below before coming to the venue.
Please also note that paper ticket distribution will not be available, and there will be no walk-in/free admission slots.

There will be no walk-in admission.
※Admission cannot be accepted under any circumstances after the reserved time or the time stated on your timed entry ticket. Thank you for your understanding.

※Tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, and distribution will end once the planned number of tickets has been reached.
※Please complete the LINE friend registration in advance.
■ Important Notes
・Use of the LINE app is required.
・Timed entry tickets are free of charge.
・Before coming to the venue, please be sure to read the NEWS page titled “3/2 POP-UP STORE & 9th ANNIV EXHIBITION ‘INDIO AUDIO CLUB’ Information and Important Notes.”
・Registration as a NIL DUE / NIL UN TOKYO member is required.
・Please bring an ID that shows the same address as the one registered on your My Page at the time of entry.
We will verify your identity. Please note that admission may be denied if we are unable to confirm your identity. For valid forms of ID, please refer to the separate NEWS page for “INDIO AUDIO CLUB” Information and Important Notes.
・Please note that the call-in time may be moved forward or backward depending on circumstances.
・Transfer of merchandise timed entry tickets using screenshots, etc. is prohibited. If entry by transfer is discovered, your purchase may be refused at the register.
・Please be sure to use the merchandise timed entry ticket linked to the LINE account on your own smartphone.
・One timed entry ticket is valid for one person only for venue admission. As a special exception, children of elementary school age or younger may accompany you into the sales area, but the purchase limit remains one person per timed entry ticket.
・You will receive a notification on LINE once entry becomes available. Please use the QR code shown in your LINE app within 60 minutes from the time it appears.
・Tickets cannot be used after the time shown on the ticket has passed. Also, admission after the time stated on the ticket cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
(The QR code will not be displayed before entry becomes available, so you will not be able to enter.)
・For the 18:00–20:00 same-day distribution time slot, a LINE timed entry ticket is required, so please be sure to obtain one.
・Please come to the pre-entry waiting line by the scheduled gathering time shown on your ticket.
We will conduct pre-verification, including identity confirmation.
・A timed entry ticket does not guarantee product stock. Some items may be sold out during your reserved time slot.
・Please note that if you arrive at the venue after your number has been called, your timed entry ticket will be invalid and you will not be admitted.
・Once entry becomes available, a QR code will be displayed. Please follow staff instructions and proceed to the venue entrance.
・Re-entry to the venue is not permitted with a timed entry ticket that has already been used. Please take care not to forget any purchases.
・Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to nearby residents or the general public is prohibited. We ask for your cooperation with staff instructions on the day.
・When receiving venue-limited items on the day, please be sure to check the condition of the product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after you leave the venue.
For initial defects, we will only respond if the item is unused, within 7 days of purchase, and you still have the receipt.
