Date: Monday, March 2, 2026, 10:00–20:00

10:00–18:00: Advance reservation only (fully reserved entry)
18:00–20:00: Guests with a same-day LINE queue ticket

If you arrive after your reserved time slot or the time specified on your LINE queue ticket, you will not be admitted for any reason. Please be aware of this in advance.


■ Entry & Line-up Rules for Each Time Slot

【For Guests with Advance Reservations】 Meeting Time
To ensure smooth admission, please arrive at the venue 20 minutes before your reserved time.
Example: If you reserved the 12:00–12:20 slot, your meeting time is 11:40.

Please note that space at the line-up area is limited. We kindly ask that you do not line up before your meeting time and do not linger around the venue.

Admission Procedure
1. Please line up in the “Advance Reservation Queue Area” in front of the venue.
2. While in line, we will check your ID (photo identification / personal ID document) and your reservation ticket shown on your My Page after logging in.
3. Once verification is complete, you will be asked to scan a QR code for the special purchase page for venue-exclusive items.
4. While waiting for entry, please complete your item selection and shipping address information.
5. Once your reserved time begins, you will be admitted into the venue in order.

【Venue-Exclusive Bonus】Sticker Giveaway
・Eligible customers will receive a separate numbered ticket.
・Purchases made through the online store cannot be combined with venue purchases for eligibility.
・When receiving your bonus, please do not stop and follow the staff’s instructions.
・Customers who spend ¥35,000 or more (tax included) in the online store will receive a separate online store–exclusive purchase bonus.

Advance preparation: In case the page does not load due to your network connection, please come to the venue already logged in to your My Page.
If there is an issue: If your ticket (purchase history) does not appear on your My Page, please contact us via the CONTACT PAGE by 18:00 on Sunday, March 1.
We are unable to provide support on-site on the day of the event.
Please note that if we cannot verify your ticket screen or your ID, you will not be admitted.
No re-entry: Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted.

【Shipping Information for Customers Living Overseas】
For customers residing outside Japan,
shipping fees will be charged separately at a later date via PayPal.
Once the shipping cost has been confirmed,
we will send you an invoice by email.
Please complete the payment by the specified deadline.

your order will be shipped sequentially.
Please note that if you purchase multiple items, including made-to-order products,

【Venue Rules / Payment】
・Photography is allowed only in areas marked as photography permitted. Photography and audio recording are strictly prohibited in all other areas.
・Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by one parent/guardian aged 18 or older.
・Please note that strollers may not be brought into the venue, and we cannot provide storage space for them.
・No re-entry. When your allotted time is over, staff will guide you to exit.
・We are unable to accommodate any on-site requests for personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

【Tickets / Cancellation】
・Punctuality required: If you arrive after your designated time, you will not be admitted for any reason. Please arrive with enough time to meet your check-in time.
・Fraud prevention: Ticket resale and transfer are prohibited. If we cannot verify your identity, your reservation will be invalidated and your future use may be restricted.
・Cancellation: Please contact us via the inquiry form by 12:00 (noon) on the day before. If no-shows continue without notice, we may refuse future reservations.

【Letters / Gifts】
・Gifts: Please place them in the designated box near the entrance. We cannot accept hand-delivery to staff or performers.
・Celebratory flowers: Due to limited space, we kindly decline stand flower arrangements.
