■ Admission Reservations
Admission is free of charge.
Each guest is limited to one ticket per person.
Reservations require completed membership registration with NIL DUE / NIL UN TOKYO.
Please log in and make your reservation via the reservation page.
All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Venue-exclusive items are available in limited quantities and will be sold while supplies last.
Customers wishing to purchase these items are encouraged to visit earlier in the day.

From 18:00 to 20:00, admission will be open entry.
However, depending on crowd conditions, numbered admission tickets may be distributed on a first-come basis, first-served basis.

■ Check-in on the Day of Your Visit
Please present your reservation ticket displayed on your My Page after logging in at the reception desk.
Before arriving at the venue, please make sure that your reservation ticket is correctly reflected on your My Page.
If your ticket does not appear on your My Page, please contact us via the CONTACT page.
Entry will not be permitted if the reservation ticket detail page cannot be confirmed.
Due to possible network congestion, internet access may be unstable at the venue.
For a smoother check in process, we recommend opening your My Page in advance.
During the open entry period (18:00-20:00), visitors must also have completed membership registration and present both their logged-in My Page and a valid photo ID upon entry.
■ Purchase Bonus
Customers who spend ¥35,000 (tax included) or more at the 9th ANNIV EXHIBITION “INDIO AUDIO CLUB” will have access to a dedicated space where the producer and collaboration members will personally hand out venue-exclusive original stickers to visitors.
■ Ticket Resale & Transfer Policy
Resale or transfer of tickets for this exhibition is strictly prohibited.
If ticket resale or transfer is confirmed, reservations may be canceled and purchase restrictions may be imposed without prior notice.
■ Ticket Cancellation Policy
Reissuance of tickets after reservation is not available.
If cancellation is unavoidable, please contact us via the inquiry form by 12:00 PM on the day before your reservation.
Reservation times cannot be changed. After completing the cancellation process, please make a new reservation.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in refusal of future reservations.
Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed number of tickets will be automatically canceled.
■ Photography Policy
A designated photo space will be available for social media postingplease feel free to visit.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited outside of the designated photo space.
■ Notes for Visitors
To avoid congestion, entry will be guided in stages by staff. Please follow all staff instructions at all times.
Failure to comply with staff guidance or venue rules may result in denied entry at the organizer’ s discretion.
Loitering or any actions that may obstruct traffic inside or around the venue are strictly prohibited.
Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by one guardian aged 18 or older.Re-entry is not permitted.

Credit card payment only. Accepted cards: JCB, American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club.
Electronic money, QR code payments, and cash are not accepted.
■ Event Cancellation
The event may be canceled at the organizer’ s discretion due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, notification will be sent to the email address registered at the time of reservation.
For some limited items, there may be a purchase limit per person in order to prevent resale.
